Seasons Greetings!

I have to say a BIG ~~~THANK YOU~~~~ to everyone who came out and supported my Open House last weekend.  Even to those who stopped me this week, or made a point to call, and say they were sorry they missed it, that meant a lot that you were thinking about me.  It was a HUGE success which left me full of gratitude.  I will definitely make this an annual event.  My brain is already churning with ideas to improve upon it for next year.

The classroom gets some holiday cheer!

The classroom area was decked out with Christmas quilts, a small tree of handmade ornaments and a nice display of student work.

I set up a table where people could try their hand at silk painting, and this was a hit with the kids and adults.
